P-NET Bus Topology:
With P-NET bus topology; both ends of the network must be terminated.
The two nodes at the ends must be BM 010 base module configured for termination. When used as termination module the P-NET #1 must be connected to the 1'st terminal column from the left (terminals: 1,5,9).
All nodes between the two termination nodes are connected in the same way as modules in P-NET ring topology. BM 010 base modules used apart from the ending modules must be configured for loop through.
P-NET installed as bus topology can have a maximum length of 600 metres and can contain up to 125 devices.
